AxisBIC Celebrates High Growth Startups

AxisBIC are delighted to present their annual Celebration of High Growth Startups in the Port of Cork. Joining AxisBIC will be William Oppermann, a serial entrepreneur with technology companies in Ireland and France in telecommunications, storage and cloud technologies, who will discuss his entrepreneurial journey and the challenges along the way. William founded MPSTOR in 2006 a leading developer of storage and cloud management software products.
Other Entrepreneurs sharing their stories will be
- Derek O’Sullivan, founder Thermotent, the world’s first thermally and acoustically insulated tent who ran a very successful Kickstarter Crowdfunding campaign in 2015
- Brendan McPhillips, co-founder Asystec, who announced 50 new jobs and opened a new Cork office in 2015
- Eoin Leonard, founder i3PT, who recently won Best Company to Work For in the Irish Building & Design Awards 2016
- Aoife Ni Mhuirí, founder Salaso Health Solutions who has developed physical therapy videos to support recovery from injury and support the management of pain and musculoskeletal conditions
